Insulin is produced in the pancreas. The correct option in regards to the given question is option "B". Insulin is actually a hormone that is produced by the pancreas that is located behind the stomach. It is a very important hormone that regulates the sugar level of human body. Insulin is released into the blood stream through specialized cells known as beta-cells. Insulin actually does not let the sugar level of a person become high. If the pancreas do not produce the required quantity of insulin then a person has to take insulin from outside to keep the balance of sugar within the body.
