its a metaphor because it is comparing how you spoke the language spanish to the judge without a court room. It can't be a a simile because its not using "like" or "as" . It cannot be personification because there nothing that is being used to giving a not living thing an action it cannot be onomatopoeia because theres not type of sound being used so its a METAPHOR
