60% of the people at the park were children. If 180 children visited the park, how many total visitors did they have?

There are 288 visitors in total (including kids) because you need to turn the percent into a decimal which is .60 so then you multiply 180 times .60 and you get 108 and then you add 108 by 180 and you get 288

There should be 480 visitors (including children) This would be because 60% of the people have 180 children so divide by 6 and you have 30 or 10%, multiply the 30 by 10 (to get a hundred percent [300] ) and add the children to get 480.
