The correct answer is D) repetition. Because 'my' and 'own' basically mean the same, you are repeating the same thing.
A means repeating the same consonant.
B is, for example, AS snug AS a bug, or LIKE a bull in a china shop - it has to have either LIKE or AS
C is attributing human characteristics to inanimate objects.
