If an energy level has each of these types of orbitals, then how many copies of it does it contain? Also, if each copy of an orbital can hold up to 2 electrons, then how many total electrons in that type of orbital are present in the energy level?

The s level contains just one orbital that it can be filled just with 2electrones, p' level has three orbitals(px,py,pz) and can be added just 6electrons, the d' level (5orbitals=10electrones), the f' level( 7orbitals= 14electrones) .
Remember each orbital has just 2electrones that are antiparalel.
