So if you only have $59.95 in your wallet, you can only buy something equivalent to 59.95 or less. If each CD is 11.99, how many CDs can you buy before going over your limit? You can do 59.95÷11.99 to find this answer. It will equal 5. So you can only buy 5 CDs or less. So the equations would be

11.99x≤ 56.95. X≤ 5
