Before we answer, let’s solve the given equation:
=> y – 3x = -7
=> y – 3x = 5
=> Subtract both equation. Cross out y – 3x, thus the remaining would be
=> -7 and 5; in where -7 is not equals to 5

Thus the system of equations is inconsistent because an inconsistent system has no solution.
And there is no solution found of the given equations.
