Why is freezing water extremely biological relevant?

Water for most of the animals are available and is needed to be in the liquid form for use. When water is in a solid form or freezes inside a cell, it usually kills that cell. As a result, some animals that live at very low temperatures have specializations that keep them from freezing the water inside their bodies.
