People with dementia require a diverse skillset from their caretakers. Due to the nature of their disease, the symptoms can be different for different people. Most of them revolve around helping them to overcome the shortcoming which were brought by their inability to remember things, or just having a weakened memory; in this case person centred care would in this case involve them being helped around different aspects of orientation around or memory.
