Commerce power means the Congress’ power to regulate commerce. This is the most broad-ranging authority given to the federal government. This is also known as the Commerce Clause. In the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Annotation 28-Article I, section 8, clause 3. Commerce Power, it states that the Congress is allowed “to regulate commerce with foreign nations and among many state”, known as interstate commerce”. The word power means to prescribe the rule by which commerce is to be governed.
