if two young people of the same age commit the same crime, would you expect them to face the same consequences. yet, under the ycja they may or they may not. to what extent is this approach to justice equitable?

I feel like they wouldnt face the same consequences because take the aflenza guy and kalif browder, Kalif didnt do anything. Personally I feel justice in the courtroom is not equitable.
