Climate is measuring for a long period of time. Weather is a short period of time.
EX:
Climate: 30 decades
Weather: Today or tomorrow

measure of time is a difference because weather uses what the conditions of the atmosphere over a short period of time and climate is how the atmosphere acts/"behaves" over a long period of time.
