genotype: A cell's, an individual's, or an organism's genetic makeup (genome). The genotype is separate from the cell's, individual's, or organism's manifested characteristics, or phenotype.

phenotype: is a set of observable characteristics about a person, such as height, eye color, and blood type. The genotype is the genetic contribution to the phenotype. Some characteristics are heavily influenced by genetics, whereas others are heavily influenced by environmental circumstances.:

GENOTYPE: It is the genetic makeup of an individual usually with reference to a specific characteristic under consideration.

PHENOTYPE: It is the composite of an organism's observable characteristics or traits such as its morphology ,development ,etc.
