rx + h = sx - k
rx - sx = -k -h
x ( r -s ) = -k -h
x = -k -h / r -s Ans

we have

rx+h=sx-k

Group terms that contain the same variable, and move the other terms to the opposite side of the equation

rx-sx=-k-h

x(r-s)=-(k+h) -----> divide by
(r-s) both sides

x=-((k+h))/((r-s))

therefore

the answer is

x=-((k+h))/((r-s))
