The Brady bill is related to gun control and the Wagner bill is related to organized labor. So option “B” is the correct answer. The Wagner Act which came into force in the year 1935 is also called National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). This act had promoted the idea of having a single major bargaining agent for a set of employees. This agent was responsible for discussing with the employer for the benefit of the labors. They were actually considered the bargaining agents.
