Are the associative properties true for all integers?

Yes for all integers and no for operations which include subtraction and division.

It is widely used in many equations, either to group or to simplify equations. Associative Property of basic operations is a property of means to cluster or set some numbers into simpler equations. It is only applicable for operations that include adding and multiplying. Take note of the arrangement for these set of equations. For example, 1a + 3xy + 4xy = 1a + (3 + 4)xy.
