A. Fear should be fears since the subject, peoples', is plural.
B. Week's should be weeks, since the apostrophe is only used in contractions or possessive cases, neither of which apply here.
C. You're should be your, as using "you are" would not make much sense here.
D. I believe this one is the answer.
