m=slope
b= y intecept

points in (x,y) form

one solution is
x=8
y=3
m=6
subistute and solve for b
3=6 times 8+b
3=48+b
subtract 48 from both sides
-45=b


the equation is y=6x-45

the answer is actually B because if you do the math
y-3=6 times (x-8)
distribute
y-3=6x-48
add 3 to both sides
y=6x-45

the ANSER IS B
