Should "memorial day" be capitalized?

Should it be .... Memorial Day..... or.... memorial day.... or....memorial Day

Memorial Day at least that's what the calender says !

It is Memorial Day.

Same for Independence Day or Valentine's Day. They are proper because it's naming a specific day or holiday.
