Why is one year on earth 365 days help me please

Because Every 4 years will be leap day in February that y there not a 30 or 31

It's not quite that simple. In 1 years the Earth makes one 360 degree rotation around the Sun but it takes a little bit longer than 1 day to travel 1 degree around the Sun. Thus, it takes 365.25 days for the Earth to travel one 360 degree revolution around the Sun. If the Earth's orbit was just slightly faster then it just might be able to complete one 360 degree orbit around the Sun in 360 days.
