Jackson is framing a picture he took of swams. It is a rectangle 70cm long and 40cm wide. Will he be able to put the picture in a rectangular frame that is 45cm wide and has a perimeter of 200cm? why or why not?

area=legnth times width
legnth=70 and width=40area=40 times 70=2800

then the area of the picture frame is 200

200 is obviously fmaller than 2800 so the picture will be way too big for the frame
