The correct answer is the conversion of Glucose to Glycogen. This is very important for the body because if this can't occur, diabetes can be developed. That's why people with diabetes have to take insulin shots in order to make sure they have enough insulin to do this conversion. Some types of diabetes occur if your insulin is weak and takes a lot of time to process these.
