Two joggers, one averaging 6 mph and one averaging 5 mph, start from a designated initial point. The slower jogger arrives at the end of the run 30 minutes after the other jogger. Find the distance of the run.

The race was 2.5 miles because an hour divided by 2 is 30 minutes. Therefore you have to do the same thing to the 5 and 2.5 multiplied by 2 is 5.
