Why did workers need to be organized to build the pyramids?

Workers needed to be organized because there had to be a format  in which what section they would be in. Also it 20 years to build it and they also had to carry a block which weighed a ton

Building pyramids require order and teamwork. One limestone block weight is equal to 2 adult elephants. Each block needs 15-20 pullers and lifters. There were team leaders to help organize who did what.
