How would the views of a liberal, a conservative, and a libertarian differ on government regulations of airline fares so that more people could afford to fly?

In general (emphasis on "general"), a liberal would welcome these regulations, a conservative would dislike them, and a libertarian would dislike them as well but perhaps less than a conservative.
