n+n+1+n+2=180\\ 3n+3=180\\ 3n=177\\ n=59\\ n+1=60\\ n+2=61

Those numbers are 59,60,61.

If the integers were all the same, then each one would be 1/3 of 180 = 60.

-- Put all three 60s on the table in front of you.

-- Take ' 1 ' away from the first one and drop it on the last one.

-- Then you have 59, 60, and 61, and their sum is still 180.
