How is the legislative branch setup?

The legislative branch is a bicameral legislature, which means that it has 2 houses: the House of Representatives and then the Senate. The House is ran by the speaker and then the majority party, while the Senate is run by the president of the Senate ( who is the vice president) and then its majority party
