In my old middle school they had us sing it
Really helps to memorize it and super easy to remember
Also you can break it down:
We the people
In order to form a more perfect union
Established justice and insure domestic tranquility
Provide for the common defense
Promote the general welfare and
Secure the blessings of liberty
To ourselves and our posterity
To ordain
And establish this constitution
Of the unied states of America

The preamble to the Constitution is "We the people of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

It would probably help you in the future if you memorize it. If you just say it again over and over in your head or keep writing it down, you'll get it.
