How does the sea temperature affect hurricane formation?

The warmer the sea temperature,the fast the warm moist air will rise into the atmosphere, potentially forming that doughnut hole shaped votex that you usually see in pictures from outer-space showing what a hurricane looks like from that far above. The more humidity,the stronger and bigger the vortex will become. Hope this helped:D
