Yes, absolutely! Unlike humans, deer can digest the molecule cellulose. Cellulose is present in plants such as grass and leaves. Deer have four stomach chambers: the rumen, the reticulum, omasum, and abomasum. If the deer's intestines would be stretched out, it would measure 28 feet long. Hope this helps!
