I'm guessing that there must be an equation to go along with this question.
Without it, we don't know what equation Monroe is graphing.
If the equation is [ y = -4/9 x ], then 'A' and 'D' are the points
that lie on the graph of his equation.
If the equation is [ y = -9/4 x ], then 'B; and 'C' are.
