m=(y2-y,1)/(x2-x1)
m= (0-1)/(4-3)=(-1/1)=-1
y=mx+b
0=-1(4)+b
0=-4+b
4=b
y = -x + 4

Here, f(x) = {(1,3), (2,2), (3,1), (4,0)}
So, rule for this function is {x+n, y-n}
Where, n = number of steps, & x, y are the initial values of the function which is 1 & 3 respectively
