Answer - B. Warmer-than-normal sea surface temperatures

Reason - Since the earths magnetic field is depleting. It is affect the entire bio-sphere and especially the sea level. Which leaves us back to conclusion that yes warmer than normal sea surface temp. is because of the depletion of our magnetic field and the solar activity occurs because of solar wind hitting us making it more active then before the past.
