How can physical activity benefit your social health

If you are not active physically then other people might think less of you and that makes other people's social activity lower as well. And when you exercise you release many fluids so that relieves quite a lot of stress as well and it makes it easier to laugh.

Being physically fit makes you happier. The more happy you are, the better interaction you will have.
