The answer is A.

An hypothesis is an idea or explanation based on knwon facts that need to be confirmed. The conditionnal is formed with IF followed by the hypothesis. The conclusion follows the THEN, bringing the results or consequences. If somebody does this [join the gym], then that will happen. [they will have the first three months for free].
