Im sorry to say but the other guy is wrong...trust me I used his answer and got it wrong!

Political instability leads to a fight for power that is fierce and the government does not care about its people or it does not have the time to make changes in the economy. The second statement is also correct, since militias are one of the organized parts of Somali society at this point. The third point is also correct and is not happening only in Somalia.
