Just divide both by 2.
4/2=2
10/2=5
so the answer is
2cm by 5cm

you would add all the sides since it's dimensions which could mean the perimeter then divide it by 2
4+4 =
8 cm
/2 = 4 cm
/2
= 2 cm
10+10=
20 cm
/2 = 10 cm
/2
= 5 cm
the right answer is B, 2 cm by 5 cm
