A reckless, arrogant, juvenile, dangerous disregard for the safety of others
and the sane handling of hazardous machinery, which in any rational society
would be automatic grounds for forfeiture of the privilege of driving for some
substantial period of time, or until it could be shown that the perpetrator's
attitudes have matured.
