Which values of m and b will create a system of equations with no solution? Check all that apply.

y = mx + b

y = –2x + 3/2

[ ] m = –3 and b = -2/3
[ ] m = –2 and b = -1/3
[ ] m = 2 and b = -2/3
[ ] m = –3/2 and b = -2/3
[ ] m = –2 and b = -2/3

2 equations of lines will have no solution if they have same coefficient m but different coefficient b. If they would have same coeficient b they would logicaly be "on on another"

After knowing this we can see that second and fifth option have m=-2 and they also have different coeficients. which means they are the answer

Answer is second and fifth option.
