Answer and Explanation: Because back within the 60s a lot of people were slaves because they didn't follow the laws, more information is that the liberty ride happened in 1961. though the liberty ride is well-known in civil rights history, it absolutely was not the primary time that segregation in transport had been challenged within the geographic region. in 1946, the supreme court ruled that segregated seating on interstate buses was unconstitutional.
