Your friend wants your advice about his new transformation fitness plan. He has found a plan that sounds promising to him, but he wants to know what you think before he gets started. The plan is backed by several celebrities. It requires people to buy expensive, pre-packaged, microwavable food and supplements and some workout equipment. Their website promises people can lose up to 30 pounds with minimal exercise. What should you tell your friend?

You should tell your friend that the website is most likely fake and that if he wants real results, he should go to a gym and invest in a trainer. Also, you should tell your friend to start a healthier diet with a meal plan.

This is not a good plan because the best bet is always healthy eating and regular exercise.
