I would say accompanied. It's in the wrong tense. Accompany would be the correct form.

"Accompanied" is incorrect. The reason why is because "and I will accompanied you to the doctor's office" is supposed to be "and I will accompany you to the the doctor's office". Accompanied means that you already went with someone as their company.
