m=slope
b=yint
given
slope=0
y=0x+b
point is (0,5)
x=0 and y=5
5=0(0)+b
5=0+b
5=b
the equation is y=5

Y intercept= 5
so put a point on 5 on the y-axis and you will have a horizontal line also known as a zero slope
