The correct answer is B.

Being around peers and family members who use drugs increases the chances that you will use illegal drugs. This is because you are being exposed to drug taking on a regular basis, there might be peer pressure to try them, your are in a negative environment that can affect you negatively. It is not a certain things that your will use them as being around drug users might make you completely opposed to taking them as you will see how drugs affect those you care about. It depends on you as a person and how big the pressure is to take them yourself from others.
