5/6 - 1/3 = ?

First we convert 1/3 into sixths so we do this: 1/3 x 2/2 = 2/6
then we put 2/6 back into the equation like so:
5/6 - 2/6 = 3/6 then we reduce 3/6=1/2 <---Answer
