replacing it in the first equation we got:

s = 7/2 cups = (4/3)*c

c = (7/2)(3/4) cups = 21/8 cups = (16 + 5)/8 cups = 2 + 5/8 cups.

So 2 and 5/8 cups of chocolate chips would be needed.
