A cytoplasm is a solution that fills living cells. It is composed of water (about 80%), salts, and proteins. The cytoplasm incudes all content inside the cell but outside the nucleus. The two main elements of the cytoplasm are cytosol and organelles. The cytosol is the part of the cytoplasm that is found outside the organelles. So, all organelles are located in cytoplasm.
