The size of the pupil is basically controlled by the muscles that are found in the coloured portion of the eye known as IRIS. Iris has two set of muscles known as smooth muscles which regulate the size of pupil. The smooth muscles comprises of two set of muscles a) sphincter pupillae and b) dilator pupillae
