(pVq)∧(rVs)
p is the first digit largest
q is the second digit is smallest
r is the third digit is even
s is the first is odd therefore (pVq) = (TVF) = T
(rVs) = (FVT) = T
so the statement becomes T∧T = T
the statement is True
