You can see that is a ellipse so the equations with the signs (-) cant be because they are hyperbolas.

So that eliminates B and C.

It would be an ellipse :

horizontal ellipse: x^2/a^2+y^2/b^2=1

where 2a is length of major axis 2b is minor axis thus a = 10 , b=8
x^2/100 + y^2/64=1
